Everything on this site is offered as commons. The Four Laws, the diagnostic tools, the lenses, the Translation Protocol structure — use them. Adapt them. Teach them. Credit sources. If they improve your capacity to coordinate, that's the validation.

How this sustains itself
The cycle
The framework describes gift economy as operating through overflow — the system that maintains itself coherently generates surplus, and the surplus is the gift. But overflow requires that self-maintenance is happening. If the practitioner is depleted, nothing flows.
These engagement paths form a closed loop: structural recognition consulting generates revenue and portfolio evidence. Evidence generates applicants for facilitated programs. Programs produce practitioners who use the framework. Practitioners generate visibility. Visibility generates consulting inquiries. Each cycle produces documentation that enters commons — the free tier grows every time the paid tier operates.
The boundary is clean. The pattern is gift. The practice carries a price. Both are true. Neither compromises the other.
