Things you can take whole and use without me.
This page is a parts shelf, not a reading list. Each thing on it does one job, tells you what you need and how long it takes, and works without an account, an email, or a connection back to me. Every one is a plain file — save it and it keeps working offline, on your machine, forever. Take what's useful, no attribution needed.
No data leaves any of these pages. Your answers stay in your browser and disappear when you close it.
Diagnostics — for any group you're part of
Quick Diagnostic
Four questions about a team, a relationship, a project — anything you're inside of that isn't working and you can't say why. It reads your own answers back and points at which of four basic capacities is the weak one.
Does finds the weak spot·Needs a browser, your honesty·Takes about 12 minutes
The Full Kit
The longer version of the same instrument. Twelve statements you rate, a diagnosis of where your system is weakest, and one specific prescription matched to your situation — out of sixteen, depending on where the weakness is and what kind of system it lives in (a body, an organization, a relationship, a technical setup).
Does diagnosis plus one concrete prescription·Needs a browser·Takes 20–30 minutes
48 Recognition Cards
A deck, not a test. Each card holds one recognition — a sentence that may land as that's me — and then walks it into your body, compresses it into a seed you can keep, and turns it toward someone else. Read one card or all forty-eight.
Does recognition, one card at a time·Needs a browser, a quiet minute·Takes minutes per card, you set the pace
For asking me
Fit Filter
Five questions to run before you ask me for a sit-down consultation. It routes you honestly: a fit (go ahead and ask), something to read or run first (come back after), or a clean "this isn't what I do" with somewhere better to take it.
Does saves us both a wasted ask·Needs a browser·Takes about 5 minutes
For a group, a co-op, a repo
GOVERNANCE.md — the Tri-Layer Governance Stack
One plain-text file you drop into a project or hand to a community. Three layers: a diagnostic ledger that names what's going wrong from four field signs ("polite silence," "busy but stuck," "burnout," "rigid bureaucracy"), a 12-week protocol for moving a group from keeping score to working coherently, and the three laws that keep it from sliding back. Its one success test: the thing keeps running when the most active person steps away for 14 days.
Honest status: design spec, not yet proven by someone else's use. You could be the proof.
Does governance a group can run without its author·Needs a text editor and a willing group·Takes 10 minutes to read, 12 weeks to run
If you use one
No tracker tells me whether any of this gets used — that's on purpose. So if you took one of these and it worked, or it broke, telling me is the support: a few plain lines through the Ask page. A report that it failed is worth more to me than a thank-you.
Each tool grounds in a text in the Library, for the reader who wants the structure underneath. Finished articles leave here as transmissions.
