The documents here use their own exact vocabulary and don't apologize for it; this index tells you in plain terms what each one is, who it's for, and what it asks of you, so you can pick the right door and skip the rest. Everything is a plain file — read it here, download it, keep it. Nothing is gated.

You don't have to read any of this to ask me for something or to run the model on your own ground. Start with the title that made you pause.

This site used to lead with the framework and keep the life behind it; now it's the other way around. The older rooms still stand, unchanged: the archive note that maps them, and the operational pages (consultation tiers, the donation rail) the practice ran on. Old links still work. Nothing was deleted — it was turned inside out.
